So what is my progress like 3 weeks into my job? Many of my ex colleagues asked me wor… They really very concerned about me… So touched…
I suppose I’m doing ok ba… I m starting to take up the simple support cases… Going into client databases to help them undo their mistakes… And teaching 1 of the client on how to do 1 simple usage of the systems…
Dunno this is considered fast or not that I’m doing these at the 3 weeks mark…
I like the work culture a lot… They have a very open concept… Everyone has a chance to learn from ANYONE… There is very little rank and file in this company… They do take my suggest as seriously as those that comes from my big boss…
However, I feel that I have not display my full potential yet in this company… There is so many things that I want to show them that I m capable of… But I think I just lack the chance… I suppose its also because I m a slow to warm up person… And that I only display my capabilities when the need arises…
Sigh… I really have to be more out spoken… I think I m already classified as someone that is more of an office person than meet the clients person…
Do you think I m that?

More Outspoken !! Hmmm .. Zhun Bo !! Tot you already at the peak liao !! Hahahaah !! Anyway, its good to have ideas accepted, especially as a junior. This means that they are open to ideas, which make work a lot easier and of course solutions are better that way. Glad you enjoyed the company.

No lor… I slow to start up one… Need to warm up engine 1st… Then must see who can crap with mar…
But things are picking up le… I can crap with my team lead a bit le… wahahaa…
